Our story begins with our founder, Li Feng who grew up in a Chinese family with a love for cooking and a passion for creating delicious, healthy soups. As he learned more about the Jewish faith and its dietary laws, he became inspired to create a new kind of Chinese soup that would adhere to kosher guidelines. After years of experimenting and perfecting his recipes, Li Feng finally opened our shop, where he could share his love for both Chinese cuisine and kosher food with the world.
